HONG KONG -- Chinese e-commerce leader Alibaba Group is weighing an acquisition of Fujian-based on-demand fresh grocery delivery platform Pupu, a move that could bolster its competitiveness against food delivery giant Meituan in China's fast-growing quick-commerce market, people familiar with the matter told Nikkei Asia.
