Fragile countries 'want to look up' to China, US: East-Timor president

TOKYO -- Smaller and more fragile economies "want to look up" to developed countries such as China, the U.S. and Japan, East Timor's President Jose Ramos-Horta said, emphasizing that such nations should be prudent leaders that can provide stability to the world.
