July 4, 2026 officially marks America turning 250 years young.

While states and cities across the country have celebrations lined up, ICT is hosting a virtual event with a conversation focusing on what does America 250 mean when seen through the eyes of the first peoples of this land?

Moderated by ICT News Director of Digital, Jourdan Bennett-Begaye, Diné, the discussion will focus on the legacies of colonialism, resilience and the ongoing contributions of Native people and nations.

Joining the talk as panelists are three Indigenous scholars and leaders from various industries.

Registration for the event is free and is sure to be a conversation not being given anywhere else.

Join us July 2 at 1:00 p.m Eastern Time for ICT’s America 250 conversation. Read more at the event page.
